Okay, so I've lost roughly 100 lbs and I am proud of myself. But the problem is that I still see myself as I looked BEFORE I lost the weight. I still wear big baggy clothes to hide my bod.
I need to work on my self- image. I am having trouble with that. People say I look great. I wear a size 10, but I still feel like that size 22.
How do I accept the new me??
